Dog house fume extraction system is a new concept where we can eliminate the requirement of secondary furnace fume extraction system. In this concept charging of the scrape neds to be done compulsorily thru travelling vibro feeder, molten metal needs to be collected travelling ladle. Once the fume is extracted the next operation is same as primary or secondary fume extraction system.
